Come to the library on Friday, September 17 to prepare for International Talk Like a Pirate Day on Sunday, September 19.

CCL will have pirate eye patches available, temporary tattoos, and a display of books for you to explore.

We will also have a pirate lingo sheet available for you.  Pirate Expressions yourself.

There's also a podcast to teach you how to talk (podcast #179 if the link doesn't quite work), a short course on youtube, or a longer video.

If you decide to dress up, feel free to come by the reference desk and let us know! Ray will be at the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor with a camera to take your picture on Sunday and add it to our flickr gallery. Or, you can send us your photo and we'll add it to our gallery that way!
