MUSIC AUDITION Requirements

All applicants seeking admission to one of the degree programs in the Department of Music and/or a music scholarship must audition before a music faculty auditions committee. Requirements for the music scholarship / entrance audition are listed below. Music Audition Requirements by Instrument / Voice Type (Undergraduate)

Note: Students auditioning on traditional music instruments (fiddle, mandolin, banjo, etc) should contact the Kentucky Center for Traditional Music.

Audition Requirements for Master of Music - Concentration in Performance

• Percussion 
• All other instruments contact the appropriate private applied instructor.
