Scholarships

MSU offers several scholarships specifically for students who are not Kentucky Residents.

MSU is committed to higher education affordability and that's reflected in our scholarship structure (new for 2016-17). If you're looking for an out-of-state experience that's not too far from home, it's more affordable than ever.

Tuition

For the 2016-17 school year (starts August 2016), MSU will offer out-of-state students tuition at 1.5 times the in-state rate, and those who live in certain counties may receive an even lower rate. >> Learn more
