For incoming freshman from Bath County, with preference to those living in Salt Lick and majoring in music, history, government or political science related fields.
To fund an annual award to an outstanding student in the Department of Music and an outstanding student in the Department History, Philosophy, Religion and Legal Studies.
Consideration will be given to students with an interest in creative writing and the fine arts. Preference will be given to students from MSU’s primary service region. Recipients shall maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 and maintain overall satisfactory scholastic standing.
Outstanding student in the Department of History, Philosophy, Religion and Legal Stuides. Preference given to students who have a particular interest in Kentucky History.
Full-time undergraduate students who are majoring in English or Industrial and Engineering Technology.
Awarded to full-time juniors who have declared a major of sociology, social work, or criminology and who have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.3.
Awarded to top freshmen and sophomore cadets in the MSU ROTC program.
Awarded to a minority student in the department who shows good scholarship, promise and commitment to his or her discipline and to concerns of social justice.
Full-time undergrad/graduate student (2-4 years remaining to complete degree).
Accepted into MSU with declared Nursing Major.
Accepted into MSU with a 19 or higher ACT and a 2.5 or higher GPA.
Applied and/or Accepted into BSN Program with a 2.5 or higher GPA. Meet qualifications to commission as an Officer in the US Army.
