Recipient(s) shall be admitted unconditionally to the Master of Arts in Education program with a Reading and Writing Specialist Endorsement.
Full-time undergraduate students who are majoring in English or Industrial and Engineering Technology.
For students intending to participate on the forensic team(s). entering freshmen must have a high school GPA of 2.5.
Full-time students and must be a graduate of a Kentucky public high school and a junior or senior majoring in education.
Awarded to undergraduate students from Kentucky who are enrolled in the College of Education.
Recipients must be admitted to the Teacher Education Program and have at least a 3.0 grade point average.
Full-time undergraduate students attending MSU. Candidates must be majoring in a field directed toward a teaching objective and have expressed a desire to teach in primary, secondary, or post-secondary educational systems following graduation from MSU.
Awarded to full-time juniors who have declared a major of sociology, social work, or criminology and who have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.3.
Awarded to top freshmen and sophomore cadets in the MSU ROTC program.
Scholarship for the outstanding student oboist.
Scholarship for entering or returning full-time Theatre major student.
Minority student enrolled full-time as an education major at MSU with a GPA of 2.5.
Minority student with a minimum high school GPA of 2.5 and a minimum ACT of 18 and an interest in teaching.
Music scholarship awards are available to qualified students (incoming freshman and transfer students only) as determined through a scholarship audition. These awards serve numerous students annually. All awards are contingent upon admission to the University.
Scholarship for new or returning Theatre major student.
Recipients shall be undergraduate students studying to become teachers in MSU’s College of Education.
Scholarship for full-time student majoring in Theatre, minoring in Theatre or a graduate student with an emphasis in Theatre.
Scholarship for the senior music major with the highest grade point average.
Awarded to a minority student in the department who shows good scholarship, promise and commitment to his or her discipline and to concerns of social justice.
Full-time undergrad/graduate student (2-4 years remaining to complete degree).
