2009 SUCCESS ACADEMY HOUSING

Success Academy participants choosing to reside on campus will be assigned to a coed residence hall in an area with Success Academy resident assistants and tutors. The housing fee is included in the Success Academy fee. Amenities such as high speed internet access, cable tv, and local phone are included in the housing fee.

| Students who are applying to the academy should complete a housing application and either mail or fax it to the Success Academy Director with the Success Academy application. The application is a fillable PDF document which can be completed on screen befor printing and sending. |
