Naughty Scotty - Operations Manager & Program Director

Born Bruno Smirnoff in 1909 to a poor goat farmer and his wife, his family decided to leave Australia to come to Mexico.  However, they tragically missed Mexico, as they were not professional sailors, having not even heard of water before then, and landed in Western California.  They found that area to be infested by skunks, so they headed east.  Upon arriving in Cincinnati, Naughty Scotty promptly invented Cincinnati style chili using what was remaining of his father's goats.  I'm just kidding about the last part, but really, it happened.  Upon Scott's other inventions were the paper bag, the garden hose, and the potato. 

Ok, so truth be told, this is mostly a farce.  He was born in Cincinnati in 1987.  He is the child of two middle class fur traders and grew up in the lowly village of Fort Thomas where he built the village into a mighty city that rivals Las Vegas.  His hobbies include playing music, drinking Purple Drank, and tea parties.  Basically he's responsible for anything good that comes from the station, anything bad can be blamed on the forfathers of the Bird.
