The Bird started when Founding Father Patrick Scott had a crazy idea to start a radio station so we went live on 100.9FM. Due to FCC rules we had to shut down. Patrick and his sidekick Brandon Robinson were almost put in jail for the mess up. Before we were on the real radio, Pat and Brandon started out on TV channel 67 as Mix 67. We would come in and broadcast all hours of the day and night. When we heard we could go to internet radio the interest level of the group was really high. So now here we are. We have been broadcasting since October 2006. The station has since switched format and now plays just about everything. With Pat and Brandon leaving in May of 2007, Scott Goforth will be named the Operations Manager & President of The Bird Online. We have music from artists like Pink Floyd, Boyz II Men, 38 Special, Elvis, 50 Cent, Journey, and many many more.
