FITNESS AND WELLNESS 

Our comprehensive and customized approach helps you make healthy decisions to benefit you now and long into the future. With classes including yoga, aqua fitness and kickboxing and services including personal training with wellness assessment, the RWC is the place to achieve your goals for total body fitness. Your health is more than the physical condition of your body. When one area gets out of balance, it usually affects the other aspects of your life. Our Wellness services are created to help you assess your current fitness and wellness level and achieve a healthy, well-balanced life.
