At MSU, we believe in making our excellent experience affordable. In fact, 94% of our undergraduate students receive some type of financial aid (including scholarships and student employment).
Your first step is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have your results sent to MSU (FAFSA Code: 001976). These results will help us determine whether you qualify for need-based financial aid, which includes grants, loans and federal student employment/work study.
Applying for financial aid can be confusing. That’s why we have helpful financial aid counselors available to make this process as stress-free as possible. To make an appointment to talk with an MSU financial aid counselor, email finaid@moreheadstate.edu or visit Financial Aid for more information.
Complete your FAFSA as soon as possible at www.fafsa.gov (available Oct. 1).
