Profile

Dr. William Green Professor of Political Science Dr. Green (Ph.D. SUNY, Buffalo, J.D., University of Kentucky) researches constitutional and civil liberties issues and the legal dimensions of economic development, labor relations, language rights, and pharmaceutical drug policies. He offers courses on Constitutional Law, Courts and Civil Liberties, Environmental Law and Policy, Administrative Law, Politics of Europe, and Human Rights. As of the Summer 2017, he has recruited 66 MSU students to participate in the five week Canadian Parliamentary Internship Program, prepared them with a course on North American Politics, and provided each of them with Canadian Studies Scholarships.
