Bio

Harold Leo Blair’s experience includes thirty-eight years teaching experience at Ohio University, Murray State University and Morehead State University from1963 to the present.
 
His concert appearances as soloist include appearances at prestigious venues such as The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Marshall University and solo performances with The Lexington Philharmonic. He has performed as a member of symphony orchestras including The Nashville Symphony, The Owensboro Orchestra and The Lexington Philharmonic. Leo has served as guest conductor of orchestras including West Virginia Allstate Orchestra and Charleston, West Virginia. He has been a member of traditional music ensembles including The White Horse String Band and Spit and Polish.
 
Leo Blair has taught at Morehead State University since 1975. He has been active in both the classical music community and the traditional music community all this time.
