Cheng Cheng

Cheng joined MSU in 2017, and is currently serving as an assistant professor in the School of Engineering and Computer Science. He received his Ph.D. from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2017. His research focuses on using nanobiosensing technology to develop portable sensing platforms for infectious disease diagnosis and environment monitoring. His work has appeared in high impacted journals and top academic conferences. Cheng has served as a reviewer for 10 scientific journals from America and Europe, and has reviewed more than 40 manuscripts for Microchimica Acta, IEEE Sensors Journal, IEEE Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Circuits and Systems, Micromachines, etc. He has also served as the faculty advisor of Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) and the member of School of Engineering and Computer Science Undergraduate Curriculum Committee.
