Dr. Lesia Lennex

Degrees, Licensures and Certifications: EdD in Curriculum and Instruction
Research Interests: Dr Lennex researches, presents and publishes in technology issues and integration for P-16 schools (3D, iPads, etc.), NCATE online exhibit rooms, biology curriculum, and occasionally ethnobotany.


Dr. Lesia Lennex received her doctorate in curriculum and instruction from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is currently a Professor of Education in the department of Middle Grades and Secondary Education at Morehead State University, Morehead Kentucky. Dr. Lennex served as the Chair of Information Technology Education SIG for the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education  (SITE) 2008-2014, Adron Doran Fellow investigating 3D in P20 schools, 2009-2010 amd Distinguished Researcher 2012-2013 for Morehead State University. Dr. Lennex is a former high school teacher of biology, chemistry, physics, and ecology.
