The Board of Regents elected Wayne Martin to serve as vice chair and Jacqueline Graves as secretary. They appointed Teresa Lindgren as treasurer.

President Jay Morgan and the board recognized Dr. Sherif Rashad, professor of computer science; Jen Timmermann, director of transition services; and Noah Damron of Pikeville, president of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, for their outstanding leadership, service and dedication to the University.
