The MSU Counseling Center provides a safe place for individuals to talk with a professional about problems which might interfere with personal growth and academic achievement. Through individual counseling, students can learn to express themselves more fully, work toward greater self-understanding, and experience themselves as happier and more productive people. Students of every age and academic level come to the Counseling Center and receive help dealing with a broad range of concerns. Some of these concerns include:
- Depression and other mood disturbances
- Anxiety
- Eating Disorders
- Substance Abuse
- Identity Issues
- *ADHD behavioral strategies
- Many others
