I tested positive through a COVID-19 home test

What to do if you tested positive for COVID-19 from a Home Test Kit

  • Wear a mask* when around others. Do your best to stay at least 6 feet away from others.
  • Schedule a telehealth appointment with your healthcare provider or MSU Counseling & Health Services at 606-783-2055. Your healthcare provider will assess your symptoms and provide additional instructions.
  • Get tested for COVID-19.
 

* Mask guidance:

  • Wear a N-95 or KN-95 mask or “double mask” (disposable mask underneath a cloth mask)
  • The mask must cover your nose.
  • The mask must cover your mouth.
  • The mask must fit under your chin.
  • The mask must be snug on your face.
  • Make sure it is easy to breathe.
