Public Sale-Surplus Property

Each sale will be held between the hours of 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Due to scheduling conflicts, special sales/events, closing of campus, holidays, etc. the dates and times of each surplus sale may change without notice.

Each sale is held in the Office of Procurement Services' warehouse located at 200 American Legion Way, Morehead, KY 40351 (in the old Dykes Tobacco Warehouses across from Dairy Queen, Huddle House and BP). For entry, please go to the dock door on the side the building. For security purposes, the general public can not be granted access to the warehouse except on the days of the public sale or when picking up an item that has been purchased within the time frame specified during the sale.

All sales are final. Returns and/or refunds are not given. Kentucky sales tax is collected at the time of purchase. If you are tax exempt, a tax exempt certificate must be presented before purchasing. If a certificate is not presented sales tax must be collected. At this time only cash or checks are accepted.
