Challenge Course Reservation Request

To request reservation of the Outdoor Adventures Challenge Course, complete the following form and submit your payment at least TWO WEEKS prior to your request date. Your request will be reviewed and scheduled based on availability of dates and facilitators. Your group contact person will receive a confirmation email and/or phone call to provide you with additional details about your event. Payment may be made at the Recreation and Wellness Center front desk. We accept check, cash, Master Card, Visa and University Departmental Transfers.

Cancellations must be made within seven days of the event date to avoid a cancellation fee.

If you would like to request a specific Facilitator, enter their name.

By submitting this form, you agree to attend and pay for the session you requested. If you need to cancel, you must do so within seven days of the event date. If cancellations are made past this time, you will be responsible for paying $20 per facilitator. The number of facilitators needed is determined at the time of reservation, dependent upon the size of your group. In the event of inclement weather, your group will be moved inside to a basketball court. There are no refunds for groups that are moved inside.
