Profile
Professor Holbrook’s primary area of specialization is Fiction Writing. He teaches Fiction Writing, Poetry Writing and Creative Non-Fiction Writing at the undergraduate and graduate level. He also serves as Coordinator of the BFA Program in Creative Writing and Chair of the Thomas and Lillie D. Chaffin Award for Appalachian Literature. He has two collections of short stories in publication as well as publications in various literary journals and anthologies.
