Bio
Professor Grise is a retired federal prosecutor and diplomat. He is a native Kentuckian. His background includes:
- Prosecuting federal white collar crimes cases for 25 years.
- Supervising as many as 100 attorneys, paralegals, secretaries and administrators, as well as serving as their Department of Justice ethics advisor.
- Crafting white collar crime policy in Washington and developing curriculum for the training of attorneys and paralegals.
- Appearing before Congress with the Attorney General of the United States.
- Serving as a diplomat in Tirana, Albania, as the Resident Anti-Corruption Legal Advisor to the Albanian Government.
- Teaching law courses at Eastern Kentucky University, the UK College of Law and Morehead State, as well as at the National Advocacy Center at the University of South Carolina.
- Teaching and conducting mock trials with judges, attorneys, paralegals, and law enforcement officers in 33 states and seven countries.
