Frontier Housing Volunteer Session
Gain valuable experience by volunteering to make a difference for Eastern Kentucky families.
Frontier Housing will be available to speak to students about service-learning opportunities. Students can speak to Frontier Housing representatives from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, on the first floor of the Adron Doran University Center by the Morehead State University Bookstore.
Frontier Housing, a local nonprofit helping local families achieve homeownership, is the leader in affordable housing solutions in 22 counties in Eastern Kentucky. Frontier Housing improves the quality of life for individuals and families, helping them achieve long-term stability, financial independence, and generational wealth.
There are opportunities to build skills and experience related to construction, communication, marketing, business, and finance.
The Center for Career Development and Experiential Education's mission is to guide and support all MSU students to explore their strengths and passions, engage in career-readiness activities and participate in hands-on experiences to develop in-demand skills. It will cultivate a network of faculty, staff, alumni, employers and community partners to facilitate connections and opportunities focused on the lifelong success of our students and alumni.
