Juneteenth Eagle Block Party

Morehead State will celebrate the Juneteenth holiday with an Eagle block party on the Fields Hall lawn on Monday, June 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The block party features facts and history about Juneteenth and food by Aramark and MSU alumni and local business owner Charles Graham (Class of 1997). There will also be music, games and prizes. It is sponsored by the Office of Human Resources, the Eagle Diversity Education Center, and the Division of Student Affairs.

The Eagle Diversity Education Center (EDEC) is dedicated to developing and sustaining an academic, social, and cultural environment that embraces and supports diverse student populations.

The Division of Student Affairs fulfills the mission of the University by creating and maintaining safe environments in which community members live and learn. the division provides activities that promote cultural awareness and support a diverse community. We provide opportunities for student leadership development and practice.
