Suture Clinic with US Army Health Professions Scholarship Program

suture workshop in classroom

Are you considering a career in medicine, healthcare, or veterinary science? Get hands-on suturing experience by practicing on a pig’s foot! This event will occur on Thursday, Mar. 27, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in ADUC. Space is limited to 35 students, and all suturing supplies will be provided.

To attend, you must RSVP through Eagle CareerNet by midnight on Sunday, Mar. 23. After the deadline, you will receive a confirmation email with more details.

In addition to the suturing clinic, this event is a great opportunity to connect with a U.S. Army Healthcare recruiter and learn about the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP). This program offers full scholarships for graduate education in Medicine, Dentistry, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Physician Assistance, Optometry, Counseling/Clinical Psychology, Audiology, Nursing, and Veterinary Science.

If you experience any issues with the RSVP process through Eagle CareerNet, please get in touch with the Center for Career Services.
