WMKY’s 2025 Spring Fundraiser

Morehead State Public Radio (WMKY, 90.3FM) will host its Spring Fundraiser and Membership Drive from March 10–14, inviting new listeners to become members and encouraging current members to renew their support. Contributions help MSPR secure the Corporation for Public Broadcasting grants, funding national programs like All Things Considered, Morning Edition, and Latino USA.

This year’s fundraiser also kicks off WMKY’s 60th-anniversary celebration. Since 1965, MSPR has provided Eastern Kentucky with local news, educational programming, and hands-on student broadcasting opportunities. Unique thank-you gifts are available to mark the occasion, including T-shirts for $60 contributions and tote bags for $120 donations.

Financial gifts support student work studies and local programming. Donations can be made online, and donors can choose to contribute to MSPR’s Enhancement Fund, which provides scholarships for Morehead State University students.
