2025 Justice Festival – Call for Proposals
The Caudill College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences invites proposals for the Fifth Annual Justice Festival, taking place Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025, in the Adron Doran University Center.
Presentations may include lectures, discussions, or musical/artistic productions exploring topics such as immigration, workers’ rights, AI and technology, voting rights, environmental justice, income inequality, the criminal justice system, and identity-based justice issues in and beyond Appalachia.
Sessions should be 15–20 minutes and aim to engage attendees through research, workshops, or creative expression.
Submit your proposal, including title, brief and extended descriptions, session format, and presenter information, by Friday, Oct. 31, 2025 to Dr. Sylvia Henneberg at s.henneberg@moreheadstate.edu.
Participants will be notified by Friday, Nov. 7, 2025.
