Suture Clinic with US Army Health Professions Scholarship Program

Thinking about a career in the medical, healthcare or veterinary field? Get hands-on suturing experience by practicing on a pig’s foot!

The suture clinic will be held on Wednesday, November 12, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Lappin Hall. Space is limited to 35 students. All suturing supplies will be provided.

You must RSVP within Eagle CareerNet.

You can RSVP by clicking the "attend" button on the right side of the screen or at the bottom if you are viewing on your phone. RSVP deadline is Sunday, Nov. 2, at midnight. You will receive an email confirmation with more details after this RSVP deadline passes.

Plus, this is a chance to meet with a recruiter from the U.S. Army HealthCare and learn more about the benefits of participating in the U.S. Army's Health Professions Scholarship Program, which allows you to get a free graduate education.  Opportunities are available for those considering graduate school in fields related to Medicine, Dentistry, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Registered Dietetics, Physician Assistants, Optometry, Counseling/Clinical Psychology, Audiology, Nursing, & Veterinary.
