Gender Studies Public Lecture
Morehead State University’s Gender Studies program will sponsor a public lecture titled “Sex Trafficking in the Era of the Epstein Files,” presented by Professor Noelie Frix.
The event will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, in the ADUC Theater. Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session.
This timely discussion will explore the broader cultural, legal, and social implications of sex trafficking in light of developments surrounding the Epstein case. Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to attend and engage in the conversation.
The gender studies program offers an interdisciplinary minor and connects a dynamic group of faculty, staff, and students committed to the University values of inclusion and diversity. The gender studies program fosters learning and partnerships that span divisions of gender, sex, race, ethnicity, class, religion, age, able-bodiedness, and nationality.
