Doctoral Defense: Kauai Thurman
Morehead State University will host the doctoral defense of Kauai Thurman on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The defense, titled “Building a bridge to African American student success: A quantitative study at a community college in central Kentucky,” will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
Faculty, students and members of the campus community are invited to attend and support the candidate as they present their research and respond to questions from the committee.
