Prep Like a Pro

Morehead State University invites faculty and staff to “Prep Like a Pro: Healthy Lunch Prep Made Simple” at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7, in Room 307 of Howell-McDowell.

Led by Cobe Chea, this session will cover practical strategies for planning, preparing and enjoying healthy lunches without the stress. Participants will learn time-saving tips to support better nutrition and sustained energy throughout the workday.
