MSU Theatre Presents: She Kills Monsters

Morehead State University’s Department of Music & Theatre invites audiences to an unforgettable theatrical adventure with She Kills Monsters by Qui Nguyen, directed by Becky Earehart.

Performances will take place April 9, 10, 11, 16, 17 and 18 at 7:30 p.m., with matinee performances on April 12 and 19 at 2 p.m.

She Kills Monsters follows Agnes Evans, a young woman grieving the loss of her younger sister, Tilly. When Agnes discovers a fantasy world Tilly created through her Dungeons & Dragons campaign notebook, she is pulled into a journey filled with action, humor and heart. As reality and fantasy collide, Agnes uncovers hidden sides of her sister’s life while confronting her own fears and regrets.

Blending comedy, high-energy fight sequences and poignant storytelling, this production celebrates imagination, sisterhood and the power of storytelling to help us understand those we love.
