Professor Nunley Research Talk

Professor CJ Nunley will present a research talk titled “Signed, Sealed and Delivered: The Case for a Federal Expungement Statute” on Wednesday, April 1, at 12:30 p.m. in Rader Hall 102. The talk will explore the case for establishing a federal expungement statute and is based on Nunley’s forthcoming article in Kentucky Bench & Bar Magazine.

Vegetarian Japanese curry and chicken/pork tonkatsu will be available for attendees. The event is open to students, faculty and staff interested in law, policy and criminal justice reform.
