Morehead State Community Concert

🎉 🇺🇸 Celebrate America's 250th anniversary with an evening of live music featuring talented Morehead State University students and faculty in the heart of downtown Morehead.

Presented in partnership with the Rowan County Veterans Museum and the City of Morehead during the Arts & Eats Festival, this free community concert will showcase patriotic and Americana favorites performed by:

• Kentucky Center for Traditional Music Ensemble (Daxson Lewis, director)
• MSU Jazz Ensemble (Ryan McGillicuddy, director)
• MSU Brass Band (Dr. DuWayne Dale and Dr. Anthony Sanders, directors)

Each ensemble will bring its own unique style and interpretation of American music, highlighting the rich traditions of jazz, brass and Appalachian music while celebrating the nation's semiquincentennial.
