Elgazzar’s paper on mobile networks published in international journal

Dr. Heba Elgazzar, instructor of computer science in Morehead State’s Department of Computer Science and Information Systems (CSIS), and Adel Elmaghraby of the Department of Computer Engineering & Computer Science at the University of Louisville published a paper in the September 2018 edition of the International Journal of Computer Science and Information Technology (IJCSIT).

Tim Thomas, federal co-chair of the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), was the first speaker of the McBrayer Presidential Lecture Series in Government and Leadership on Tuesday, Oct. 16.

MSU scholarship established in memory of former student

Justin Chafin is best remembered for a contagious spirit as a student, family member and friend, not to mention a love for both his brothers from Sigma Phi Epsilon and his years spend in Morehead. Now, the Morehead State University Foundation Inc. is proud to announce the endowment of the Justin T. Chafin Memorial Scholarship, a fund established shortly after the unexpected passing of the former Morehead State student in May 2016.   

SGA to host mental health awareness panel
