MSU’s Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science prepares you to work in clinical, community health and commercial fields. The program offers numerous hands-on practice opportunities and internships. The curriculum is science-based, but also includes business and leadership courses. Through classes in exercise physiology, functional anatomy, exercise program leadership, facility design and nutrition, you will learn the anatomical and physiological aspects of exercise and human performance and be able to apply those skills in a professional setting.

MSU’s exercise science program is recognized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Recognized programs are designed to prepare students for the NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer® (NSCA-CPT®) or NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) certifications.
