This training is REQUIRED for all MSU faculty, staff (both part-time and full-time) and affiliates of MSU.

Pursuant to the Department of Education's 2020 Title IX Regulations, 34 CFR §106.45(b)(10)(D), MSU must post all materials used to train Title IX personnel. Training materials can be accessed below. These materials are available solely to comply with Title IX regulations and not for use for in-house training or other commercial purposes.
