Assessment Timeline for Academic Programs

August-September 
Departmental faculty meet to review findings, discuss implications, and create action plans, findings, and action plans sent to assessment staff for entry into WEAVE by October 15.

October 15
Annual Assessment reports, documentation, and Meeting minutes will be completed by programs and submitted to assessment@moreheadstate.edu.

November-January
The Academic Program Support Unit Subcommittee reviews assessment plans and provides feedback to units using the MSU Assessment Scoring Rubric.

January-March
Academic Programs will make changes/revisions based on the committee’s review and resubmit assessment plans to assessment staff at assessment@moreheadstate.edu.

March-April 
Assessment plans are entered into WEAVE by assessment staff.

May 31
University-wide report complete.
