Talk to those responsible in the area for completing the assessment plan and review the purpose and process.
October
Meet to discuss scoring plans and review the rubric.
November-January
Academic Program Subcommittee Assesses reports to provide feedback to programs using the MSU Scoring Rubric. (Focus: Targets and Action Plans).
January-February
Academic Programs will make changes and revisions based on the committee’s review and resubmit assessment plans to assessment staff.
March-April
Program Reports and Documentation will be entered into WEAVE.
May 31
University-wide report completed.
August
Department faculty meet to review findings, discuss implications, and create action plans. Findings and action plans are sent to assessment staff for review by September 15, 2024.
July-August
Talk to those responsible in the area for completing the assessment plan and review the purpose and process.
September-October
Meet to discuss Scoring plans and review the rubric.
October-December
Administrative and Educational Support Unit Subcommittee Assesses reports and returns report reviews to the Assessment Office.
December-January
Annual Assessment Plan Edits and Revisions by Support Units
February-March
Program Reports and Documentation Entered into Weave
May
University-wide report completed.
July
