Credit for Prior Learning Program
As a student at Morehead State University, you can be awarded academic credit for college-level learning gained through life experiences. MSU understands that learning occurs in many different ways outside the classroom; adults learn in different ways and have accumulated knowledge along many different paths, such as:
- Employment
- Volunteer activities
- Civic activities
- Military service
- Hobbies
- Private study
- Professional training/certifications
Credit is awarded based on your ability to reflect and articulate college-level learning and achievement of course learning objectives to faculty evaluators.
