Upward Bound
Upward Bound (UB) is an academic preparatory program for high school students. The program aims to help you prepare for college by generating the academic skills and motivation necessary for success. The UB program at MSU serves high school students in eighteen Eastern Kentucky counties.
Upward Bound programs are funded through grants from the U.S. Department of Education. This website was developed under those grants. However, the contents do not necessarily represent the policy or views of the Department of Education, and you should not assume endorsement by the Federal Government.
