Mark Hayes

About Me

In 2018, Mark served as the Technical Director/Lighting Designer for MSU’s production of Einstein’s Dreams, which participated in the ICTF Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. Morehead State University Theatre Scene Design credits include Lucia, Showtime, Agnes of God, Tartuffe, Afflicted: Daughters of Salem and Lighting Design credits for The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, Viewpoints Redefined, Enigma: Dance concert, and Rabbit Hole. He is an Eastern Kentucky University graduate and holds two M.F.A degree in Scene & Lighting Design from Western Illinois University.

Professional Background/Career Experience

Technical Director/Scene Designer Pioneer Playhouse, TD/Designer Gravely Hall Performing Arts Center, TD/Designer Woodford County Theatrical Arts Association, Lighting Designer Lexington’s Shakespeare in the Park.
