Crystal Rowland

About Me

Crystal Rowland is the new Store Manager at the Morehead State University Bookstore. She began her career with Barnes & Noble College in 2019 at Big Sandy Community & Technical College, where she started as a work-study student while pursuing her degree. Shortly after, she joined the team full-time and was promoted to Department Manager.

Crystal is known for her strong ability to build lasting relationships with faculty, staff, and students, as well as her commitment to leading a successful and efficient store. She takes pride in her organization, multitasking, and leadership skills, and she is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 
A proud graduate of Big Sandy Community & Technical College, Crystal earned her Associate in Arts degree in 2022. She currently resides in Auxier, Kentucky, with her husband James and their two children, Madalene and Jacob. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
