Campus Activities Board continues virtual programming this week

CAB virtual programs include:
  • Monday, April 13: Eagles Care from Home – Spread positivity and love beyond your homes. Call your grandparents to tell them how much they mean to you, send messages to friends and family, or donate a gift card to Eagle Essentials for MSU students in need. Make a difference while remaining #HealthyAtHome. Post to @CAB_MSU on Twitter with the hashtag #EaglesCareFromHome
  • Tuesday, April 14: “Talk About It Tuesday” Stress Relief – We will post a video featuring Makayla Arnett, CAB’s coordinator of education, talking about the importance of stress management with resources to help you cope. To help you maintain both mental and physical health, we are launching an at-home workout competition. After you finish a 30-minute exercise, send a sweaty selfie or picture of your exercise tracker (FitBit or Apple Watch) to be entered to win a gift card. Send your photos to by April 18.
