MSU prepares for Homecoming 2025
Morehead State University alumni, friends, students, faculty and staff will gather in the rolling campus that ignited their Eagle spirit at MSU Homecoming 2025, Oct. 13 to 18.
The annual Homecoming celebration will include events bringing together the campus and the surrounding community.
"Homecoming is truly one of the best times of year at MSU,” said Jessi Ferguson (Class of 2011, 2012), executive director of the Office of Alumni Relations & Development. “There is nothing like reminiscing, seeing friends and celebrating the blue and gold. I'm inspired every year when I see so many proud alumni make the effort to come back home to their alma mater for the weekend."
Unique highlights for this year will consist of a stadium naming dedication for Super Bowl-winning quarterback and proud Eagle Phil Simms (Class of 2015) and ceremonies marking the renovation and construction of several facilities.
"Homecoming is always a time to celebrate, but this year we're taking it to the next level," said Mikayla Martin (Class of 2021), assistant director of advancement events. "We're thrilled to host an Open House of the Camden-Carroll Library's first and second floors that show off fresh and modern upgrades and breaking ground on two incredible new projects: the Multidisciplinary Academic Building and a brand-new residence hall. These are more than buildings - they're bold steps into the future for Morehead State, and we can't wait to share the excitement with our alumni, students, and Eagle community!"
