Learn more about Morehead State at Open House
Ranked #12 among public regional universities in the South by U.S. News & World Report, Morehead State University offers the academic quality and personal support students need to soar higher. MSU invites prospective families to learn how MSU helps Eagles succeed at Open House.
MSU is hosting an Open House Saturday, Feb. 14, at 10 a.m. in the Adron Doran University Center (ADUC). By signing up, prospective students and families can:
- Speak with faculty from our academic programs.
- Get guidance from financial aid representatives.
- Learn about advising, tutoring, career planning, and other student success services.
- Take a tour of MSU's campus.
"Our goal is to make it convenient to get answers to questions about starting college by bringing deans, department chairs, and faculty from our academic programs, as well as staff from admissions, financial aid, housing and many more services, together in one place," said Holly Pollock (Class of 2001, 2010), director of undergraduate admissions. "Families will hear success stories about our graduates and learn statistics demonstrating the academic quality offered at MSU."
For those who apply for admission at Open House, MSU will waive the $30 application fee—turning in transcripts and test scores qualifies applicants for the fee waiver.
Attendees will get free tickets to the women's and men's Eagle Basketball games against Tennessee State at 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. in Johnson Arena.
Students and families are encouraged to register online for Open House.
MSU's Open House also provides information and a campus tour for high school students interested in attending the Craft Academy for Excellence in Science & Mathematics. Please indicate your interest on your registration form.
