MSU Veterans Resource Center to host Oct. 8 open house
Morehead State University’s LTC Alan R. Baldwin Veterans Resource Center will host an open house from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, in Room 234 of the Adron Doran University Center.
The event will showcase the center’s newly updated space and highlight resources and support services available to MSU’s military-affiliated students. Faculty, staff, students, veterans, service members and community members are invited to tour the center and connect with those who support veteran and military-connected students.
As improvements to the center continue, organizers are seeking donations of military memorabilia to help tell the stories and honor the service of MSU’s Eagle community. Items such as books, patches, photographs and other memorabilia will help create a space that reflects the experiences of military-affiliated students and alumni.
Those interested in donating may bring items to the open house or contact the center to discuss a donation.
