Housing Options

🏠 At Morehead State University, we offer different living options to best meet our students' needs. Whether you live in a traditional two-person residence hall room or a studio apartment, each option offers amenities and features designed to support student success.

All residence halls feature free 🧺 laundry facilities, free TV 📺, and free 💻 🎮 6E Wi-Fi, and are air-conditioned.

Andrews Hall

Explore one of our newest halls, with 2-person and 4-person suites.

Cooper Hall

Renovated and reopened in 2025, this hall offers modern amenities in classic style.

Craft Tower

Craft Tower is home to MSU's STEM academy and includes some housing for MSU students.

Eagle Lake Apartments

Located beside Eagle Lake, with apartment-style options.

East Mignon

Part of our first-year village, this hall has 4-person suites.

Fields Hall

Home to the George M. Luckey, Jr. Academic Honors Program.

Grote-Thompson Hall

Located in the heart of campus, offering 2-person rooms.

Lundergan Hall

Located at the Derrickson Agricultural Complex, specifically for students in agricultural sciences programs.

Mays Hall Apartments

This hall offers single, double and 3-person apartment-style housing.

Mignon Hall

Part of the First-Year Village, offering 4-person suites.

Mignon Tower

Part of the First-Year Village, offering 4-person suites.

Nunn Hall

Located on the edge of the Daniel Boone National Forest, with breathtaking views of campus and 4-person suites.

Padula Hall

Located at the Derrickson Agricultural Complex, specifically for students in agricultural sciences programs.

Prefontaine Hall

This is MSU's newest residence hall - opening in Fall 2026.

West Mignon Hall

Located near classroom buildings, it features 4-person suites.

Building for the Future

MSU is building two new residence halls. Prefontaine Hall will open in Fall 2026, and another hall is currently under construction and is expected to open in 2027.
