Sole source purchasing is a situation in which there is only one known capable supplier of a commodity or service due to the unique nature of the requirement, the supplier or market conditions.

All challenges must be submitted in writing to s.leach@moreheadstate.edu. The deadline for challenges is December 20, 2024, at 3 p.m. EST.
