APPLICATION & FORMS
- Complete the registration form. (The online registration form will be available in mid-February)
- Sign and turn in these THREE forms
- Camp Behavioral Form
- Liability Release
- Medical Release
These forms must be physical and cannot be signed digitally. These forms must be brought with the camper on move-in day, before we can let them move in.
Pay the registration fee
Online payment will be available in mid-February.
