Biological Sciences, BS
Gives students a strong foundation in biology and prepares them for careers in healthcare, research, education, and environmental science. Students build skills in communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Builds on biology with a focus on protecting and studying the environment, including topics like conservation and environmental testing. It prepares students for careers working with natural resources, ecosystems, and environmental issues.
Combines biology courses with hands-on teaching experience to prepare students to become science teachers. It helps students build strong science knowledge while learning how to teach and work in a classroom.
Allows students to earn both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in biology in about five years, saving time and money. Students can begin taking graduate-level courses during their senior year to get a head start on their advanced degree.

What Makes Morehead State’s Program Different
